About Us

Pathlight HOME is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming the lives of Central Florida’s homeless and low-income residents through affordable housing and economic opportunity. For over 30 years, we have led the way providing stable housing as a foundation for change—and supporting individuals with wraparound services to help them rebuild their lives.

We own and operate two apartment communities and multiple specialized programs, offering permanent supportive housing, case management, job readiness training, hot meals, access to hygiene facilities, and more. From our Restore and Safe Haven programs to innovative efforts like Pathlight Kitchen and the Pathways Drop-In Center, our mission is to provide more than just shelter—we strive to provide hope, dignity, and a path forward.

Our work would not be possible without the compassion and commitment of our volunteers, staff, and community partners who help light the path toward a brighter future.
