Foundation Academy is looking for a Tilden Campus Assistant Principal (Grades 6-8) for the 2025/2026 School year.

The Assistant Principal of Middle School will support the Tilden Campus Principal in serving the academic, social, and emotional needs of our teachers and students in grades 6-8. This position will assist the Tilden Campus Principal in the implementation of the school’s vision, mission, and initiatives. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for monitoring the middle school curriculum, research best instructional practices that support student growth spiritually, academically, and emotionally and assist in the implementation of school-focused faculty professional development that aligns with best practices and the strategic plan of the school. The Assistant Principal will communicate with parents, assist the Tilden Campus Dean of Students with disciplinary matters concerning middle school students, and other duties as outlined by the Tilden Campus Principal.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Advanced Degree in Education Preferred 
• Experience in Educational Leadership

• Set an example of the importance of prayer, Scripture memorization and study, witnessing, and unity in Christian fellowship  
• Motivate others to accept God’s gift of salvation and grow in their faith  
• Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with students, parents, staff, and administration
• Show support for the role of parents as primarily responsible before God for their child’s education and  assist them in the task
• Encourage students to accept God’s gift of salvation and to grow in their faith  
• Lead others to a realization of their worth in Christ and cultivate their growth in Christ-like character
